These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of this online store and any purchase you make from it. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are under that age, you may use the store only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts responsibility for the order. By placing an order you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. The store and its content

All content on this store, including text, product descriptions, page layouts, graphics, logos, icons, illustrations, photography, video and software, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, distribute, sell, licence, modify or create derivative works from any part of the store without our prior written permission.

3. Products and descriptions

We work to describe our products as accurately as possible, including their materials, dimensions and intended use. Even so, product images are illustrative. Colours vary between screens, and packaging, minor design details and included accessories may change between production runs. Slight variation between the image and the item you receive does not constitute a fault.

Products are offered subject to availability and may be limited in quantity, withdrawn, or discontinued at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product sold to a single customer, household or order.

4. No professional, medical or safety advice

Nothing on this store is medical, health, nutritional, legal or professional advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Any wellbeing, comfort, performance or lifestyle statements are general information only, and individual results vary.

Before using any product, read the manufacturer's instructions, warnings and ingredient information supplied with it. If you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, have known allergies or sensitivities, are taking medication, or are purchasing for a child or a pet, consult a qualified professional before use. You are responsible for using our products safely, for their intended purpose, and in accordance with the instructions provided.

5. Pricing, errors and availability

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change at any time without notice. Prices are exclusive of taxes, duties and shipping unless expressly stated.

Despite our best efforts, the store may occasionally contain errors relating to price, description, availability, promotion or delivery time. We reserve the right to correct any error, and to cancel or refuse any order placed on the basis of incorrect information, even after an order has been submitted and payment taken. Where an order is cancelled for this reason, we will issue a full refund. We are under no obligation to fulfil an order at an incorrect price.

6. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. Our confirmation message acknowledges receipt of that offer; it does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the items. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, where an order appears to be placed for resale, where a product is unavailable, where an error has occurred, or where an order breaches these Terms.

7. Payment

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide and that the payment details you submit are true, correct and complete. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed. Payments are handled by third-party processors, and by paying you also agree to their applicable terms. If a payment is declined, reversed or charged back, we may suspend or cancel the associated order and may withhold future service.

8. Taxes, duties and customs charges

You are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, handling charges, local sales taxes or other levies imposed by the destination country, unless these were expressly collected at checkout. These charges are set by the destination country and are not within our control. Refusal to pay them may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed, and any resulting costs may be deducted from a refund.

9. Shipping, delivery and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times depend on carriers, customs processing, weather, seasonal volume and other factors outside our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, subject to any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law. 10. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

11. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate an account at our discretion, including where we believe these Terms have been breached.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the store:

• For any unlawful purpose, or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To breach any regulation, rule, law or local ordinance
• To infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate or discriminate
• To submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, or to impersonate any person
• To upload or transmit viruses, malware or any code that may affect the operation of the store
• To collect or track the personal information of others
• To scrape, spider, crawl, index or harvest content, pricing or images by automated means
• To interfere with, circumvent or probe the security features of the store
• To place orders for the purpose of resale without our written consent
• To abuse promotional codes, referral schemes or our return process

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the store for breach of any of the above.

13. Reviews, comments and submissions

If you send us reviews, photographs, comments, suggestions, ideas or other material, whether at our request or unsolicited, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute that material in any medium, including in marketing. You confirm that the material is your own, that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, and that it contains no unlawful, defamatory, obscene or harmful content. We are under no obligation to publish, maintain, credit or compensate you for any submission, and we may edit or remove any submission at our discretion.

14. Third-party links and tools

The store may contain links to third-party websites, or provide access to third-party tools, over which we exercise no control. We provide these on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, products, services or privacy practices. Any dealings you have with a third party are solely between you and that third party.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

The store and everything on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the store will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that results obtained from using the store will be accurate or reliable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title and non-infringement.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any warranty, guarantee or right that cannot be excluded or limited under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity or anticipated savings, arising from or connected with your use of the store or any product purchased from it, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or any other legal theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the store, its owner, officers, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers and service providers from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of the rights of a third party.

18. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, war, civil unrest, terrorism, strikes or labour disputes, carrier or supplier failure, customs delays, border closures, power outages, network or hosting failures, cyber attacks, or acts of government.

19. Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, we ask that you first raise it with us through our Contact page so that we have an opportunity to resolve it directly. Most issues can be settled quickly and informally this way. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be brought in the courts having jurisdiction over the place in which the store is established, and these Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in that jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. This does not remove any right you may have to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence where applicable consumer law grants you that right.

20. Severability, waiver and assignment

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them freely.

21. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Legal Notice, and any policies or operating rules posted on the store, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. Any ambiguity shall not be construed against the drafting party.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes. The version in force at the time you place an order governs that order.
