It's a handheld vibrating massager with adjustable push-button intensity. You glide it over oiled skin in upward strokes to give the tissue a drainage-style massage at home — the same motion a therapist uses by hand, without the appointment or the hand fatigue.

Apply body oil to clean, dry skin. Switch on at the lowest setting and press the intensity up until the pressure feels comfortable. Sweep upward along the limb in slow, overlapping passes — always toward the heart. Around five minutes per leg. Wipe the head clean afterwards and let it dry.

Oil, and yes. On dry skin the head drags and it's uncomfortable. Any body or massage oil works — you don't need a special one. Lotion tends to absorb within a minute and then you're back to dragging, so oil is the better choice. Oil is not included in the box.

Most people settle into five to ten minutes most evenings. It's a routine rather than a one-off — consistency matters far more than long sessions. There's no benefit to pressing harder or going longer.
