What size is it, and where does it go?
34" × 36". It sits across the middle third of the bed — the section that actually needs protecting — rather than covering the whole mattress. That's what makes it easy to lift off and wash without stripping the entire bed.
Will it actually keep the mattress dry?
That's what the waterproof backing is for. Liquid passes through the soft top, spreads into the absorbent core, and stops at the backing before it reaches the mattress underneath.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash on a normal cycle. Skip bleach and fabric softener — both degrade a waterproof layer over time. Wash it like you'd wash a towel and it'll keep doing its job.
Does it feel like lying on plastic?
No. The waterproof layer is on the underside, not the surface. What you lie on is a soft fabric top — that's the point of the three-layer construction.
How many do I need?
Most people find two or three works best: one on the bed, one in the wash, one in the cupboard. With a single pad you're waiting on a laundry cycle before you can use it again.
Can I use it for pets or kids?
Yes — that's a large part of what it's bought for. Under a pet bed, in a crate, on a car seat, or on a child's bed during night-time potty training. Same pad, same wash routine.
Can I use it on a chair or sofa?
Yes. At 34" × 36" it covers a recliner or an armchair seat comfortably, and it moves from room to room as easily as a folded towel.
Is it noisy?
Much quieter than a disposable pad. There's no crinkle layer — the waterproof backing is a bonded fabric rather than a plastic sheet.
What colour will I get?
Positive green on one side, negative blue on the other, as shown in the product photos.
When will it arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. The estimated delivery window is shown at checkout before you pay, and your tracking number follows within 48 hours of dispatch. Some items ship from partner warehouses overseas, which we'd rather tell you now than after you order.
What if it's not right for me?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a refund. Message us through the contact page and we'll send instructions. If it arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, tell us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund it, shipping included.
